Objective:
Position Ogury as a thought leader in zero-party data and generate qualified leads through a high-value webinar targeting advertisers and brand decision-makers.

My Role:
As Senior Content Marketing Manager, I owned end-to-end campaign execution - from strategy and messaging to analytics and cross-functional alignment.
 

Key Contributions:

  • Drove 277 Registrations and achieved a 37% attendance rate, surpassing industry averages for B2B webinars.

  • Wrote the full webinar script, aligning content with brand voice, speaker strengths, and target audience knowledge levels.

  • Partnered with the Creative team to design a visually engaging presentation deck that supported the narrative and key takeaways.

  • Directed, filmed, and edited speaker videos in advance of the webinar to create a polished experience.

  • Moderated live Q&A, fielding audience questions in real time to keep engagement high and highlight product value.

  • Created a compelling attendee experience that resulted in:

    • 24-minute average view time (76% of session duration)

    • 11-minute average time focused (48% of time on browser tab)

    • 26% of attendees engaging with a featured content CTA during the session

  • Designed and analyzed in-session polls to gauge audience understanding of Zero-Party data:

    • 58% poll participation rate

    • 95% of respondents correctly identified the definition of zero-party data

  • Wrote and deployed a series of post-webinar follow-up emails tailored to engagement level (attended vs. registered-no-show), highlighting session insights, on-demand content, and next-step CTAs.

    • Achieved a 38.7% open rate and 4.1% CTR on the follow-up email to attendees, driving continued engagement and supporting Sales outreach and nurture workflows.

  • Provided post-event analytics segmented by company, industry, and job level.

  • Delivered a comprehensive insights report to the Sales and Marketing teams to nurture and inform future content strategy.
     

Outcome:
The webinar reinforced Ogury’s POV in a rapidly evolving privacy landscape and served as a model for future interactive content experiences, proving the power of data-led storytelling and targeted thought leadership.
