Overview
As the strategist and lead producer of our global customer newsletter, I managed the end-to-end process for this quarterly campaign, delivering region-specific editions to a list of 20,000+ recipients. The goal: inform, engage, and strengthen brand loyalty across our diverse customer base.

 

Key Contributions:

  • Created the newsletter template from scratch

  • Coordinated with cross-functional teams to source regionally relevant content

  • Wrote and edited copy tailored to each audience segment

  • Partnered with design to develop assets that aligned with campaign themes

  • Managed list pulls, QA checks, and localization/translation workflows

  • Conducted A/B testing on subject lines and CTAs

  • Deployed sends via our marketing platform and tracked performance

  • Compiled post-send analytics to inform future sends
     

Outcome:

  • 202% increase in open rate from first send to Q1 2025

  • 77% lift in click-through rate over the same period

  • Delivered to 20,000+ global customers in multiple languages
